Shipping & Delivery
Worldwide Shipping from Australia
We ship globally from our base in Brisbane, Australia.
All orders are dispatched via Australia Post, offering both standard and express shipping options. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard shipping: 2–6 business days

Express shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Australia Post delivers to apartments, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and even remote areas.
International Shipping
For international orders, we also use Australia Post, with estimated delivery times as follows:
- Standard shipping: 6–16 business days

Express shipping: 4–12 business days
Please note that rural and remote locations may experience longer delivery times.
Once your order is on its way, you can track your package, view estimated delivery dates, and request a safe-drop option via the Aus Post app or My Post account. Tracking is also available on the Australia Post website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Guidelines
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment numbers where applicable.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.
Shipping Rates & Additional Options
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Signature on delivery is available for added security.
Customs Fees & Import Duties
When shipping internationally, customs duties and taxes may be applied by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not within our control.
Please be aware that:
- Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping fees do not include customs charges.
- These fees are paid to your country’s government, separate from the shipping fee, which is paid to the carrier.
Returns & Non-Delivery
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide return shipping labels.
- A handling fee will apply for orders that are refused at delivery or returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address.
If your order is delayed, please allow an additional 2–3 days beyond the estimated delivery time. If you still haven’t received your package, please contact the shipping provider.
